Dreams and Expectations provides information to better inform employers about the challenges associated with recruiting and maintaining effective youth employees in the new multi-generational workplace.
Jody Orr of The Chrysalis Group carried out six focus groups with local youth between November 2008-January 2009. Thanks to the members of the advisory committee who aided HTAB on this project.
